Nel main event di questo nuovo appuntamento abbiamo visto il titolo dei pesi leggeri di Muay Thai messo in palio: il campione Regian Eersel ha riaffrontato Sinsamut Klinmee. I due si sono già scontrati lo scorso ottobre nel co-main event di ONE Fight Night 3, con in palio il titolo di campione inaugurale della suddetta cintura.
